fbmplay Terms & Conditions

By accessing the fbmplay website, downloading the fbmplay app, or registering an account, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.

These Terms apply to all users of fbmplay regardless of how they access the platform – through the website on a desktop browser, through the mobile browser on a phone, or through the Android or iOS app. The same rules apply in all cases.

To register and play on fbmplay, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform:

• You are physically located in the Philippines.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gaming and betting under the laws applicable to you.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or entity.
• You do not have an existing fbmplay account that has been suspended or terminated.

Providing false information about your age or identity to gain access to the platform is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any account balance.

Each individual may only hold one active account on fbmplay. If we detect multiple accounts registered to the same person, all duplicate accounts may be suspended pending review, and any balances in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete information. You will also be required to complete KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification before any withdrawal from your account can be processed. KYC documents must be valid Philippine government-issued identification.

• Keep your password private. Do not share it with anyone, including fbmplay support staff.
• OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number are for your use only. Do not share OTP codes.
• You are responsible for all activity on your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact support immediately.
• fbmplay uses SSL encryption on all platform connections. You should also take personal security steps on your own device.

All financial transactions on fbmplay are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). There is no currency conversion involved. You deposit in PHP, your account balance is held in PHP, and your winnings are paid out in PHP.

Accepted deposit methods include local Philippine online banking, mobile banking, and bank transfer. Supported e-wallet options are listed in your account's Deposit section after logging in. The availability of specific payment channels may change from time to time.

• Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit or withdrawal methods on fbmplay.
• Deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible, or to a verified account in your name.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal request will be processed.
• Processing times for withdrawals vary by payment channel. Fbmplay does not guarantee same-day processing for all methods.

fbmplay reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or accounts flagged for unusual activity.

Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the platform, it cannot be modified or cancelled by the player. You are responsible for reviewing your bet slip before confirming any wager.

For sports betting, results are determined by official results from the governing body of the relevant sport or competition. In the event of disputes, fbmplay's determination of the final outcome is final subject to our internal review process.

• Minimum and maximum bet amounts apply per market and may vary by event type.
• fbmplay reserves the right to void bets placed on events affected by proven match manipulation.
• Live betting odds are indicative and may change rapidly. Bets accepted at a displayed price are honoured at that price.
• For casino games and fish games, the game's Return to Player (RTP) and rules are set by the game provider. These are displayed within each game.
• eBingo outcomes are determined by certified random number generation.

fbmplay runs promotions for registered players from time to time. The specific terms of each promotion – including any applicable wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit amounts, and expiry conditions – are stated in the individual promotion's terms when the offer is active.

• Promotions are available to eligible registered accounts only. Creating additional accounts to claim promotions multiple times is prohibited.
• fbmplay reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time.
• Bonus funds may be subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. These requirements are stated in each promotion's terms.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a promotion, fbmplay's decision is final after internal review.

We do not publish guaranteed bonus amounts or percentages in general terms. Active promotions with specific details are listed on the Promotions page.

The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, termination, and possible forfeiture of account balances:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform in any way.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players in casino games or poker to gain an unfair advantage.
• Placing bets with insider knowledge of match outcomes or through match manipulation.
• Using fraudulent payment details or facilitating money laundering through platform transactions.
• Registering on behalf of another person or allowing others to operate your account.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer any part of the fbmplay platform.

fbmplay reserves the right to report suspected fraudulent or illegal activity to the relevant authorities in the Philippines.

fbmplay takes responsible gaming seriously. We enforce the 21+ age requirement and provide account tools to help players manage their gaming activity. These include options to set deposit limits and request account self-exclusion.

Gaming should be entertainment, not a source of income or a method to recover financial losses. If you feel that your gaming activity is becoming problematic, we encourage you to use the self-management tools in your account or to reach out for support.

All content on the fbmplay platform – including the website, app, game interfaces, graphics, text, logos, and software – is owned by or licensed to fbmplay and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any fbmplay content without prior written permission. Using the fbmplay name, logo, or brand materials for any commercial purpose is strictly prohibited.

fbmplay provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain uptime and service quality, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may cause temporary service interruptions.

• fbmplay is not liable for losses caused by connection failures, device issues, or interruptions outside our control during active gameplay or betting.
• We are not responsible for losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms.
• Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount of your account balance at the time of the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

fbmplay may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. For significant changes, we may notify registered users through the platform or by email to the address on file.

Continued use of the platform after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with a change, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure.
